If you wish to go deeply in the Tuscan culture, the best way is to live, for some days a full immersion between the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.

You will feel history together with all modern comforts, you will enjoy the countryside together with the warmth of a house where each details was thought to mantain the old elegance and style.

But to reach the very heart of Tuscany, you will learn day by day how to prepare a Real Tuscan meal, not only working with your Chef in the kitchen but getting all the secret information to choose the right products at the market or in one of the many farmhouses of the area.

Price per person: 810 Eur (minimum 5 persons - maximum 10 persons) -valid from Feb 01, 2012 to Dec 15, 2012 EXCEPT Festivities-

 

The package includes:

  • 4 nights in double room in a Renaissance Villa near San Miniato.
    The five large and beautiful rooms are all situated at the first floor and have private bathrooms, air conditioned, satellite TV and wireless connection. A wide hall is at disposal of all the guests with TV, Bar, HI-FI and a relaxing sofa. At the ground floor a large kitchen is at disposal and will be provided of everything you could need for your breakfasts that you could eat there or in the large hall or on the terrace.
    At about 600 meters from the Villa, down the valley, there is a wide park with a swimming pool at exclusive use of the guests.
  • Welcome dinner in a very refined and beautiful restaurant in the heart of San Miniato (wines excluded).
  • 4 cooking lessons in the kitchen of the villa.
    Every day the chef will come at about 10 in the morning, with all the necessary ingredients and you will work together with him, dedicating each lesson to a course. At the end of the lessons you will eat all together the results of your work.
    Cooking lesson is about 3 hours + lunch -wines excluded-
    • First lesson – meat, fish, vegetables hors d'oeuvre
    • Second lesson – hand made fresh pasta, risotti and soups
    • Third lesson – meat and fish out of the Tuscan tradition
    • Fourth lesson – mousse, parfaits, bavarian cream
